Maria MacDonald, Practice Manager, has been with our practice for 18 years. Prior to becoming Practice Manager at Mansfield Pediatrics, LLC her experience in the health care field included medical assisting, and billing/insurance claims manager, She was very involved in organizing our EMR system Eclincalworks and coordinating our outsource billing software with SSIMED Corporation. She encourages communication with staff enabling our practice to meet the needs of our parents and patients.

Welcome to our practice I am happy that you have chosen Mansfield Pediatrics LLC for your child's pediatric care. We look forward to a lasting relationship with your child from birth through adolescence.

As Practice Manager I am always looking for ways to enhance our office policies and procedures. Medical offices today find administrative aspects from HIPAA compliance to insurance changes and protocols challenging. These changes in the healthcare field such as computerized insurance claims and billing procedures have made it important for us to obtain more information from our patients. Sometimes this information is not readily available, therefore creating more paperwork for the patient to complete. Please be patient with the staff during these times.
